At Blog to Shorts, we aim to provide a fair policy for subscriptions and credit purchases tied to our content repurposing workflows. This page outlines how refunds and plan adjustments are handled.
Subscription Refunds
We offer refunds for eligible subscription purchases under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 3 days of purchase
- Usage must not exceed 10% of the credits included with the refunded order
- Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount
Subscription Cancellation
You may manage or cancel eligible subscriptions from your account dashboard through the Creem Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges according to the timing shown in the portal or checkout records. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the subscription is canceled immediately by the portal, Creem, or support.
Credit Purchases
Credit purchases used for Blog to Shorts workflows are generally non-refundable. Please review your intended usage before purchasing additional credits.
Prohibited Content Attempts
Credits or fees are not refundable for attempts to generate content that violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, including NSFW, sexually explicit, deepfake, infringing, illegal, or abusive content, unless required by law or expressly approved by support.
Approved Refunds and Credit Reversal
If a refund is approved or processed by Creem, unused credits associated with the refunded order may be removed from your account. If more than 10% of the order credits have already been used, the order is generally not eligible for a voluntary refund. If a refund, dispute, or chargeback is processed anyway, we may revoke remaining credits, record unrecovered usage as a refund loss, and limit account access to protect the service.
Subscription Plan Changes
If you accidentally purchase the wrong subscription plan, we may offer the following accommodation:
- We will convert your annual plan to a monthly plan
- One month of subscription fee plus processing fees will be deducted
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Credit purchases already allocated to creator workflows
- Subscription time that has already passed
- Processing fees
- Subscriptions beyond the 3-day window
- Subscriptions with significant usage already consumed
Refund Process
To request a refund for eligible subscription items, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your account email
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Date of purchase
We aim to respond to billing and refund requests within 3 business days. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Creem Merchant of Record
Payments may be processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem may assist with payment records, receipts, taxes, disputes, chargebacks, and refunds where applicable. Please keep your account email and transaction ID available when contacting support.

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please review this policy periodically for updates.
