You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use Blog to Shorts to generate, upload, process, or promote NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, non-consensual, deepfake, face-swap, illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, self-harm, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise high-risk content.

Prompts or media that are denied or flagged by our moderation systems may be blocked before generation. Attempts to bypass safety controls, advertise the service as uncensored or unfiltered, or generate prohibited content may result in account limits or suspension.

4. Third-Party AI Providers and Independent Branding

Blog to Shorts is an independent AI SaaS product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, KIE, or any other third-party AI model provider unless explicitly stated in writing.

Third-party model or provider names, if shown in model selectors, pricing notes, documentation, or workflow settings, are used only to describe available AI model options, compatibility, routing, or underlying AI capabilities. They do not imply official partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or resale of the underlying providers’ services.

Inputs submitted to AI generation features may be routed to third-party AI infrastructure to provide the Service.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Payments may be processed by Creem as Merchant of Record, including checkout, taxes, receipts, billing support, disputes, and refunds where applicable. Subscription plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout unless canceled.

Users must be able to manage or cancel subscriptions through the product dashboard or the Creem Customer Portal. Credit purchases and subscriptions are subject to the pricing and refund terms shown on the website and checkout page.

6. Access

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to withdraw or modify this website and any service or material we provide on the website without notice. We will not be liable if all or part of the website is unavailable at any time or for any duration.
